Ingredients for making pickled potatoes:

 500 grams of potato balls

 ½ cup of oil

 ½ onion

 3 cloves of garlic

 1 cup white wine vinegar

 pepperoni pepper flakes

 salt

 bay leaves

 fresh cilantro

 water to cook potatoes

How to make pickled potatoes from a pub:

Separate the ingredients. The pepperoni pepper is very strong, so the amount in this potato canned recipe is to taste.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly - this recipe is made with skin and all - and place them in a large pot with water and a good sprinkling of salt. Cook until tender but not falling apart.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and cilantro and cut the garlic into slices, as in the photo. These are the simple seasonings that we are going to use to make this canned potato very tasty!

In a large bowl or a sterilized glass jar with a lid, mix the vinegar, oil, onion, garlic, coriander, bay leaf, pepperoni and a pinch of salt well. Reserve.

Check how to properly sterilize glass jars and flasks.

Tip: Add just a pinch of pepperoni and then taste it; if you think it's necessary, add a little more.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and wait for it to warm. With a toothpick, poke holes through the potato to let the seasoning in (make several holes mainly, if your potato is big).

Place the potatoes in the seasoning prepared previously. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 5 days to get the right taste and texture.

Tip: The seasoning needs to cover all the potatoes, if necessary add a little more vinegar.

I know it will be difficult to last 5 days to be able to eat this delicious pickled potato, but I assure you it's worth it because it gets even tastier!

This pickled potato can be consumed in up to 15 days, reserving it in the fridge, and is a wonderful snack option to serve to family and friends - I'm sure they'll love it! Try it and bon appetit!
